What does "HotelCard as a gift" include?
You can choose one of the following options:
- Digital
We'll email you a PDF along with the payment confirmation. You can print the gift card or simply forward it as is. - Physical
You'll receive a beautifully packaged gift card at your address or at the address you specify, along with the payment confirmation.
With both options, the recipient registers the HotelCard gift card online and receives a personalised digital version of the HotelCard in their profile. This can be used to book a hotel room immediately.
As of when is the HotelCard and the hotel voucher valid and until when?
The HotelCard membership is valid for 6 or 12 months respectively. Booking and staying in hotels with a HotelCard discount is only possible during this period.
Can the gift be used immediately?
The membership is valid from the selected date. To be able to use all the benefits of the HotelCard, the membership must be activated at hotelcard.ch/activate
Where is the HotelCard gift sent to and how long does the delivery take?
The gift will be sent to the specified delivery address together with the payment confirmation. Delivery is by Post, usually within 3 working days.
