The Classic rooms are 23 to 26 square metres in size, very bright, comfortable, furnished in a classic style and have wooden parquet flooring. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub or shower. All Classic rooms have a balcony or, in the rooms on the first floor, a marvellous private terrace. A flat screen TV, safe and minibar are also available.

The 33 metre long outdoor pool is the largest in Milano Marittima. Surrounded by greenery and quiet, it has a large sunbathing area with comfortable deckchairs and parasols.
The Marepineta Sporting Club has 8 clay tennis courts and 3 picturesque paddle courts, which will be completed in June 2021. It is located directly in front of the complex and is connected to the Marepineta Beach Club by a beautiful green path under wisteria trees.
